Belgraders rush to streets as multi-day curfew ends: Crowds form once again, many don't wear masks

  • 0

After the longest curfew so far ended having started on Friday afternoon, and lasing until Monday morning) Belgrade residents rushed out to the streets, and many roads in the capital saw traffic jams.

The largest number of vehicles was seen in Kneza Milosa Street, while some pedestrians took the opportunity to "catch some fresh air" after 60 hours of confinement in their homes.

Unfortunately, many of those were filmed out and about without wearing the  recommended protective items such as face masks and gloves.

What exactly needs to happen for some citizens to come to their senses during this pandemic remains unknown at this time.
