There are currently 2,867 coronavirus cases in Serbia
By 3 pm on April 9, 2020, there had been a total of 2,867 confirmed COVID-19 cases in the Republic of Serbia.
Since the previous report until 3 pm, samples from 1,586 people were tested, of which 201 were positive. 1,891 patients have been hospitalized.
There are a total of 127 patients on ventilators.
By 3 pm in the Republic of Serbia, a total of 12,347 persons who met the criteria for a case definition had been tested.
One male died in the last 24 hours, with 66 people dying in total since the start of the outbreak.
The average age of the deceased is 64.3.
As has been announced earlier in the day, hospitals are filling up with patients, leaving only three vacant beds at the Institute of Pulmonology of the Clinical Center of Serbia.
Also, capacity in the Nis temporary hospital at the Cair venue has been filled up.
