Serbians simply don't get it! 7 more dead - but folk in Belgrade take their kids out roller skating
Video: What does Belgrade look like after almost two days of complete quarantine
There are still plenty of people taking a walk in Belgrade's streets and parks today, despite the daily warnings from experts to stay home, except those who have to go to work - and for the sake of buying groceries.
For everyone else, the recommendation even outside the curfew, when absolutely everyone is prohibited from going outside, is to stay home. There is also a ban on gatherings of more than two people in a public space in order to avoid the spread of coronavirus.
Some Belgrades, however, came out for a stroll today, alone or in company others, some with their kids and pets in tow.
Quite a few of them picked the central Kneza Mihaila Street for their promenade, and children could also be seen on Republic Square riding bikes and roller skates.
Although the curfew lasts from 5 pm to 5 am, experts are constantly urging citizens to stay home even during periods when there is no absolute ban on movement, so as not to endanger their health but also avoid endangering the lives of their loved ones and everyone else.
