Shocking video from Partizan's stadium used as a range, supporters training for a fight?!
The football derby is slowly approaching, Red Star and Partizan will play their 162nd championship match on March 1 in Red Star's stadium, while a video appeared on the internet of a supporter intro to the game from earlier "preparations" of Partizan's fans for an important "match" of their own.
Namely, a video from 2015 is making rounds on the internet showing a group of men training in a combat formation, which is not even such an unusual sight in the world of fans, because we have already seen such preparations of Polish and Russian ultras - but it is extremely disturbing that this is happening at the Partizan Stadium.
Where football players play, train, where, in general, there should be sport in its purest form, and nothing else - there as we see some other, not in the least innocent, scenes are taking place. The clip, which lasts about 20 seconds, shows the seriousness and dedication of the group, the military discipline with which they respond to commands that are performed without question.
"Foot by foot, foot by foot. No talking. Who the f*** is still talking? Don't talk. Silence!," a male voice commanded sternly, apparently one of the high-ranking people in the group's hierarchy.
When the group got "serious," it stepped forward in a syncronized manner, responding to commands that did not stop.
"Let's go easy, easy. Arms are raised. Start! Faster! Go on. Let's go, let's go, let's go. Start!," the orders intensified for the group that was stepping with raised fists, which is how the clip ends.
This is also a serious blow to athletics institutions that fight for each foot of tracks in Serbia, it is devastating to use it for such purposes instead of by children, future champions who, after such videos, will hardly dare to go to the stadium, which it has long since ceased to be the site of family gatherings of Partizan fans.
We tried to get a comment from someone from the Partizan administration, but failed by the time this article was published.
Until some happier times...
