Fake Zaltibor Loncar's new insults and lies on social networks: Case reported to prosecution

A fake account of Health Minister Zlatibor Loncar has reappeared on social networks, his ministry announced, adding that a complaint has been filed with the prosecution.

"False and malicious information and extremely offensive comments are once again being published on a fake account of the health minister," the Ministry of Health said in a statement.

It added that in order to prevent misleading the public and diminishing the credibility of the person and the work of the minister of health, the Ministry of Health reported the case to the competent authorities and filed a complaint with the Prosecutor's Office.

The same thing happened almost two months ago, in mid-December.

At the time, the minister’s fake account was opened on Twitter.

Before Loncar, other officials could also "boast" about fake accounts opened in their name on social networks, mostly on Facebook. These include Interior Minister Nebojsa Stefanovic, Minister of Construction Zorana Mihajlovic, EU Integration Minister Jadranka Joksimovic...
