Social networks once again laugh at Kolinda as she promises 8,000-euro wages to Croatians
Croatian President Kolinda Grabar Kitarovic, who is running for reelection, said in Osijek yesterday that if she becomes president of Croatia again, (monthly) wages would reach up to 8,000 euros.
"I will create new jobs. Some claim it can't be done, and I claim that it can. Because I already have agreements with some countries for Croats go get training elsewhere and return to Croatia, work over the internet in another country, and earn 8,000 euros in Croatia. Imagine what that means for our young people," she pointed out.
The video showing this election campaign address has gone viral.

She stressed that the December 22 presidential elections are particularly important, "because we will choose a policy that will promote Croatian national and state interests and a person who will participate in solving key social problems over the next five years, rather than be a decoration in Pantovcak (seat of presidency)."
Grabar Kitarovic assessed that Croatia is a land of talented people and that "we must together help our talents drive Croatia to where it belongs to be, among the most prosperous and best places to live in the world."
