Famous lawyer Zora Dobricanin defends Jutka: No judge will sentence my client without evidence

Lawyer Zora Dobricanin Nikodinovic said, regarding the decision to transfer the trial of Milutin Jelacic Jutka to the Basic court in Krusevac, that her legal team doesn't care where the trial is being held.

She adds that she hopes that the court will stick to legal frameworks and that the tabloidization of the case will be stopped and that "the new court and the judge will bring the whole procedure to justice".

According to Jelicic's legal team, the presumption of innocence in relation to their client is "brutally violated countless times".
