Milesa R. is one of the most popular farmers in social networks and she published an ad for work in the group "Good land", but instead of the workers who would want to work in her farm, she received a lot of "instructions" and critiques how to lead her farm

- A serious worker is needed to work on a cow farm, food and accommodation are provided, the wage can be discussed. The farm is in the village of Brancic near Ljig. I would like to ask those who are not interested, to share this post so I can find a worker sooner - write Milesa and she wrote her phone number.

However, the people who weren't interested in the job were the first one to comment because she has been looking for workers for a long time in this group - she is eighter a bad boss or pays a little. The majority adopted the second explanation.

Some of the comments are:

- You will have more luck finding oil instead of the worker.

- Aaaah, it depends on the work? From 6 to 21, that is 15 hours of work, and the man is constantly on his feet...

- You need someone who doesn't have anything, no house, no pet by his side. He should be like Slavko Stimac in the movie "Wintering in Jakobsfeld"... Good luck with finding the right worker...

- Working for 15 hours costs 3000 dinars at least (25 euros), and for 30 days that is 90.000 dinars (760 euros), it can be even 60.000 (508 euros), and Melisa is not even giving 20.000 dinars (170 euros), who is she kidding

- It looks like nobody is a slave, we know what are the work hours, 10 hours, not the entire day or night for 30.000 dinars. And they say you have food and accommodation... that is why no one wants to work, they have to be slaves - wrote Branislav.

- First of all, the wage is not 15.000 dinars and no one works at night. Getting up is at 6 AM, you finish work at 21h, but you don't work all the time, there are brakes - wrote Melisa and added that the wage depends on the knowledge of the worker.

The others thought they were overqualified for this job.

- I have AM, A, B, C, and M category. 26 years of age. I was never sentenced. Three years of high education. I know English and German languages, basic level. I have been working in agriculture for the past 10 years. I drive a tractor, harvester, I plow, spray, make haystacks, I know everything. I don't know how to fix things, I don't like mechanics. I could start working on July 1st. Don't call me under 70.000 dinars (593 euros) - wrote Mladen.

The "boss" told him that it is best for him to go to Germany with those qualifications.

The others complained about the wage of 30.000 dinars and said that the price of work shouldn't depend on the price of milk, while the third ones tried to flirt with her.

However, there are those who defended her and said that this is an ad for work, just like any other, "take it or leave it".

- I should mention that I am not forcing anyone to work, I politely published an ad, interested people can contact me. A great number of people is eating in national kitchens and there are those who need the job - she answered that a few workers actually applied, despite the 200 comments, of which many were provocations.
