Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and Bosnia and Herzegovina Presidency Chairman Milorad Dodik spoke in Tirana last night ahead of today's Brdo Brijuni Process that takes place in Albania's capital.

They arrived in Tirana, in an atmosphere of tension, prompted by the statement of the president of the provisional Pristina Hashim Thaci that he talked with Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama about the unification of the Albanian factor, the complete opening of the border between Albania and Kosovo and the merger of the Presevo Valley.

Rama did not give a statement on this conversation, but he did not deny it, although he will be hosting regional leaders at the meeting of the Brdo Brijuni Process, imagined as a platform for reducing tensions and greater co-operation in the region.

Serbian leaders in Tirana were "welcomed" by protests of the members of "Self-determination" Alibin Kutri from Pristina, and it was stated, along with the flags of Kosovo Liberation Army, that Vucic and Dodik aren't welcome.
