Djordje is in custody for brutal beating and torture of his girlfriend Ivana: He demanded to be placed in the solitary confinement, he is afraid for his life

Djordje Lackovic (24) from the village Klenje near Bogatic, suspected of beating his girlfriend Ivana Filipovic (22) from Banovo Polje, asked to be placed into solitary confinement due to fear that the prisoners will beat him to death! As soon as he got behind bars, the prisoners said that they will "beat him up" and they called him names like "Coward, p*ssy! You have beaten a woman!"

The word spread in prison that Lackovic, on March 12th, in the rented apartment in Novi Sad, broke the ribs of his girlfriend with a stick, her pleura, he massacred her thighs with a knife, he burned her with iron because he thought she was cheating on him.

- Now he is scared because he knows that the prisoners are not forgiving the monsters who beat up women. He has sent a message to Ivana's brother before the arrest, to see "if they are not setting up the police", and as soon as he was placed into prison for 30 days, he wanted the solitary confinement! - said the source close to the investigation.

Lackovic received a lot of threats on his Facebook account, and his profile was turned off. Horrified by the monstrous beating of the girl, people said "I hope that you will be beaten up like that", "To beat him up with sticks", "you will pray the God to remain in the confinement for the rest of your life".

Dr. Dijana Lazic Puskas, a neuropsychiatrist and a court expert says that a young man who beat up a girl enjoyed the torture of his victim.

- It is interesting that they have culture, they are nice and they never show anger. If this girl was warned to return home, and if the friend suggested her to move to her place, that means that she was afraid and she couldn't leave him. She survived a great trauma and the question remains if she will be able to recover physically. She will learn to live with that, the trauma will fade in time, but she will never forget it - explains the experienced doctor.

Ivana Filipovic will be discharged today from the Institute for lung diseases in Sremska Kamenica to house treatment, after seven days spent in the hospital.

He threatened her that he will rip her uterus out with her bare hands! 

According to Ljubica Filipovic, Djordje Lackovic harrassed her friend Ivana even before.

- He said that he will kill her brother, her mother, and father if she says something to the police. He was pathologically jealous, he even told her that she would rip her uterus with his bare hands if she complains to anyone. He knew to call her every 10 minutes when she went to get her nails done and to check if some man came to the saloon. When she was with me, he was checking up on her, what was she doing, who is there... - said Ivana's friend Ljubica Pantelic.
