In the city bus on line 95, there was an incredible conflict between the passengers, and one girl pulled a short straw and left the bus, bleeding.

An older man charged at her because she warned him about indecent behavior.

- I was just beaten in the bus 95 by an older man. He hit me with a fist in my eye and in the head and he started kicking me. The reason was that I told him to stop behaving violently towards the girl which he roughly pulled out of the bus to enter and he was yelling at the bus for being 30 minutes late - she wrote.

As she added, she also hit the attacker in self-defense because he was hitting her violently.

- I went after him out of the bus and I told the police officers on Zeleni Venac to stop him because I want to report him. I have waited for the police and ambulance. They are taking me to the Emergency Center. The violent man was reported and he was detained until the police car arrived - she added on her Twitter account.

Traffic police answered the call for help, claims this woman.

- The police took his ID and the car came after that. First, they questioned me and they put me in the ambulance - she wrote on Twitter.

Ministry of the Internal affairs responded regarding this case. D.B. (82) was taken to the station.

- We can confirm that this event took place this morning around 8:50, on the bus station Zeleni Venac towards New Belgrade. The injured girl was taken to the Emergency Center, and the man was arrested - they stated in the Ministry.

The decision of the Prosecution is being awaited. It will determine if he will be held in custody or if there are going to be charges against him.

Violence in public transport is becoming more common, althouth there are verbal conflicts between the passengers and the ticket control.
