Pristina paper "Koha Ditore" claims that the border between so-called Kosovo and Albania have an "internal" status if an agreement negotiated by two governments comes into force.

According to the paper, "on this border, citizens of these countries will not be subject to controls".
Koha Ditore claims they have a copy of the final draft of the agreement, which the two parties call "Mini Schengen", and it consists of a team composed of the deputy ministers of the interior affairs of the Kosovo and Albanian governments.
It is alleged that "the document is extensive, more than 50 pages" and that "Article 3 specifies specifically what the border crossing will be like".
