Serbia has shown to those who advocate for Kosovo independence what they have created: Vucic about the results of the UN Security Council session
Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said he was pleased with the results of the last night's session of the United Nations Security Council dedicated to Kosovo.
Vucic told Voice of America that Serbia had the opportunity to introduce the international public with a situation in Kosovo and Metohija in an open session after the introduction of a taxes to Serbian goods and decisions on the transformation of Kosovo security forces.
As it was stated, he said that Serbia has shown those who advocate for Kosovo independence what they have created.
Vucic gave the statement to Voice of America after the conclusion of the UN Security Council session and after meeting with UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres.
On Monday, a session of the UN Security Council was held, convened at the initiative of Serbia, on the decision of the Pristina authorities to form the so-called army of Kosovo.
President Vucic at the session, as well as on meeting with Guterres, requested greater UN involvement in resolving the Kosovo issue.
