A great victory for Serbia! "Kosovo" was not accepted into Interpol
The demand of so-called Kosovo for Interpol membership has not been accepted today in the first or second round of voting, and so far this is the fourth request of Pristina for membership in that Police organization which was denied. The vote took place in two rounds, and two-thirds of the member's states need to vote "yes" for them to be accepted.
The victory of Serbia happened at 10:05! The request of Kosovo didn't pass in the second round of voting.
51 states voted against the reception of Kosovo into Interpol, 68 were for it, and 16 have abstained from voting.

The president of Kosovo Hashim Thaci is also in Dubai where he attends the General Assembly of Interpol.
Each Member State secretly voted.
Namibia, Romania, Venezuela, and Surinam were the first who supported Serbia.
A discussion was started on the agenda about so-called Kosovo, after the address of the minister Stefanovic who sharply reacted due to the violation of the Resolution 1244. Spain, Maroco, Cyprus, China, Belarus, and Russia immediately supported Serbia.
