The leader of the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD) and the elected Serb member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), Milorad Dodik, said that the party will persevere to make a member of that party the Prime Minister of Republika Srpska.

Zeljka Cvijanovic declared victory as a new president of Republika Srpska

About the government on the level of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Dodik said he would pledge to form a "Serbian bloc" if people from the opposition want it.

He said at the press conference, which was directly broadcast by the Radio Television of Republika Srpska, that he was pleased with the achieved results in Banja Luka, but he doesn't hide the fact that he expected a better result.

He wonders that Dragan Mektic, the Minister of Security of BiH from SDS, was elected to some position at all, considering that it is well known that he fired a grenade in Banja Luka.

As an absolute condition to enter the BiH Presidency building, Dodik pointed out that it was the flag of Republika Srpska, adding that he believes that a compromise on this issue is possible.

- I will form a team that will deal with the regulations concerning Serbian representatives in Sarajevo because, among other things, I will not allow the Presidency of BiH to be without the flag of Republika Srpska - Dodik said.

As he said, he has beaten Mladen Ivanic in the election race for the presidency of BiH, because his rival never fought for the interests of Republika Srpska.

Dodik spoke about "Dragicevic" case and he said that he is available, with the desire to reach the truth.

- But that will be determined at the Prosecutor's office - Dodik concluded.
