Oil on canvas - "Praljak drinking poison": The suicide in the court of the Hague Tribunal appeared on the wall of Zadar City library (PHOTO)
In the City Library of Zadar, all eyes will be turned to a painting of war criminal Slobodan Praljak, painted at the moment when he was taking the poison in the courtroom of the Hague Tribunal.
World linguists confirmed: Bosnian, Montenegrin, and Croatian are variations of the Serbian language
The author Sonja Butic Davidoff started doing painting a few years ago, and now she organized an exhibition in the city library.
"Sonja Butic Davidoff conveys different themes and motives, from naive, portraits, landscapes, religious and political motives", written in the statement published on the portal eZadar.rtl.hr.
Former Chief of Croatian Defence Council Slobodan Praljak drank a glass of poison when the Hague Tribunal Appeals Chamber sentenced him to 20 years in prison on 29 November last year.
- Slobodan Praljak is not a war criminal. I reject your sentence - Praljak said, he raised a small glass, drank all of it and he died.
