Creepy footage of the crash in Becici where a young man from Serbia died and his fiancée was seriously injured (VIDEO)

The Kotor Basic Prosecution filed an indictment against Emina Adrovic (23) for causing a traffic accident in which a Serbian citizen Milos Vukomanovic was killed in Becici on 18 July, while his fiancée Snezana Rudinac was seriously injured.

The validity of the indictment will be discussed on 28 August. Prosecutor's office suggested examining six videos from the surveillance cameras, and Television Vijesti came in possession of one of them.

It is stated in the indictment of Kotos prosecutor's office that Emina Adrovic drove a car "Audi" on July 18th, with the speed of 60 km/h on the section of the road where the speed limit was 50.

Although she was aware that she can commit a criminal offense, she thought that it won't happen or that she will be able to prevent it, written beside everything else in the indictment, reports Vijesti. While approaching the intersection and a crossing where Vukomanovic and Rudinac were, the accused didn't break and she hit them with the front end of the car.

Vukomanovic received lethal injuries and he soon passed away while Rudinac was seriously injured and she is in a coma still. The accused was arrested two hours after the incident, and her lawyer Zdravko Begovic reminds how was her defense in front of the prosecution.

"SHE WAS DRIVING SLOWLY, TWO PEDESTRIANS UNEXPECTEDLY RETURNED"... 

- She was driving at relatively small speed, somewhere within the limits of around 50 km/h. The traffic lane was open at the moment of her arrival and she was driving when two pedestrians suddenly, and almost unreal, returned running back and she had no other choice - Begovic said.

After the indictment was filed, custody for Emina Adrovic was extended due to the danger of possible escaping. Begovic will try to achieve pretrial release for the defendant in the further process of the case.

- Or an appeal to the decision on detention or a proposal for a bail, but I don't want to talk about it - Begovic said.

The court should determine what exactly happened on the night of July 18th based on the testimony of the accused Adrovic and the injured Rudin, as well as the experts suggested by the indictment.
