The municipal court officials in Split handed over the boy, Cesar Avenati, to his father, Alessandro Avenati, despite the fact that the crowd protested in front of the building where the boy lived with his mother Nina Kuluz.

The driver from hell hit children and killed little Aleksa on Divcibare. Was he driving his child in the back seat?

Neighbors say that Cesar's taking was terrible and stressful because the boy yelled, it was so obvious that he didn't want to be separated from his mother. The boy was supposed to go with his father to Italy at 15:00h flight.

The neighbors of little Cesar said that the entire building was crying.

When the protesters realized that the boy was literally taken behind their back, the rushed to the other side and they went to the street, and they managed to block it until the police moved them and until they realized that the car with the boy has already left.

There were three people from the Social Welfare center Split in the apartment beside the police and the bailiff: social worker, lawyer, and the psychiatrist hired by the court, including the translator for English language and psychologist who had to come from Rijeka because no one from SPlit area didn't want to work on this case.

In one moment, Cesar was shouting" Dad, don't do this to me! Don't take me away!", and his grandpa attacked the workers of Social welfare center. That is why they exited the building completely pale when the handover of the boy was completed.

Cesar has calmed down when he talked alone with psychologist and psychiatrist.

The decision was made to hand him over to the father. Mother was offered to go with them and the word among the policemen went: "The mother is going! The mother is going!", but it did not happen.

Portal Dalmacija Danas published a video of the moment when the father dragged little Cesar into the car by force.

One woman from Split published on Facebook the video where crying of little Cesar could be heard.

- These are exclusive cries of little Cesar. The damned country is not capable of protecting the rights and interests of the child of Croatian citizen - she wrote.

The father of Nina Kuluz felt sick because of the entire situation, and Nina as well, and they have taken her to the apartment. The entire situation lasted for around an hour, from 9 to 10 AM.

FACEBOOK PROFILE FUL OF INSULTS

Just a few hours when the nine-year-old Cesar was given to the father in Split, the Facebook profile of Alessandro Avenati was full with comments of people who are furious due to the happenings that took place in Split.

- Figlio di puttana... Dear people, the child was fighting, crying, shouting, the father pulled his head and legs! The little one said, "I will die because of you!", and he kept pulling. The boy was screaming, he was tossing, resisting, crying: "Don't do this to me", and the doctor said that there are no obstacles and gives the warrant to get the child. Bailiff grabs his legs, arms, head! They ripped him out of the bed, and after that he was fighting and he held his mother.

The mother and father got sick, and aunt was arrested. What can I say, people? Heartless bastards, I hope to God that it will haunt you. The doctor, the bailiff... evil! The lawyer refused to sign the record because the child's rights were violated, that the child was resisting and fighting, he clearly spoke his wishes and we all have it on records! - one of the comments which started with Italian expression which is best translated as "son of a b*tch".
