21 year old from Montenegro was fast and furious on the highway, 186 km/h. He was allowed to go 70!

Officials of the Police Directorate of the Ministry of Interior of Montenegro registered two serious traffic violations, in which two young drivers were driving at a speed of 162 km/h and 186 km/h. Misdemeanor charges were filed against them and their temporary driving licenses were seized on the spot.
