Ljubisa's tanning oils replaced expensive products: Girls are crazy about it, and it has only two ingredients (PHOTO)
Instead of expensive and unverified oils purchased on the beaches, the perfect bronzed ten without the ugly peeling of the skin can be obtained using two plants from the meadow. These are yarrow and Lady's bedstraw. Ljubisa Simovic from Gornji Milanovac, a lover and connoisseur of nature, who knows how to recognize and use about 250 species of plants, reveals this simple recipe for Telegraf.

- Oil from yarrow and Lady's bedstraw is ideal for tanning. That is a mix to get a nice tan, no burns and you get the incredible copper tan, even those who have lack of pigment, who have bright skin. You put yarrow and lady's bedstraw into a three-liter jar, you put some olive oil, you close it and you put it in a sunny place for 40 days. After that time the oil is filtered and it is ready to use - Simovic is clear.
He mentions that all of the flowers are picked right before the blooming or during the blooming period, as far away from the city, on a dry and sunny day. It shouldn't be placed in plastic bags.
Simovic warns everybody who likes to sunbathe not to use oil from St John's-wort.
- Most of the people don't know that St John's wort is a photosensitive plant, which means that it is sensitive to light. And when you drink tea from it you shouldn't expose yourself to the sun because you can get dark spots on your skin - Simovic warns.
Yarrow is a plant that grows on itself and it can be found near roads and on meadows and pastures. It blooms over the entire summer and only the top 10 cm of the plant is harvested.
Its medicinal properties affect an extremely wide range of diseases.
Lady's bedstraw flowers grow in higher areas, it is around 30 to 60 cm tall and it has gold-yellow flowers which smell like honey. They are picked in Jully when they bloom.
A bit forgotten, Lady's bedstraw has exceptional medicinal properties, and it is used for tea, medicinal juice, and fats.
