A man from Osijek sent a mail to the Glas Slavonije where he notified them about a girl sunbathing naked on the balcony and he asked if that is legal at all.

The man from Osijek was bothered with this so he said to the editorial staff that the girl is sunbathing naked almost every day and he added that it is not appropriate because families with small children are living across the street.

- You can see a girl almost every day sunbathing in the next building. That is not appropriate, considering that there are families with children across the street. Whenever children go out to the balcony, they have to watch nudity so I am interested is that forbidden by our law - he wrote.

According to the "Glas", the police are fining people for insulting or disturbing moral feelings of citizens. According to the article 14 of the Law on violations against public order and peace, a fine was determined in the amount of 25 to 100 euros.

- We take moral as the generally accepted standard of social behavior, so the offense is usually a behavior that deviates significantly from the attitudes of the environment in which it is taking place. In practice, this is most often the exercise of physiological needs in a public place, as well as nudity - the police said.
