Snowden from Prokuplje, a Serbian kid who crashed 4 million sites around the world, and he was failing programming class in school

Jovan M. (19) from Prokuplje was arrested on Tuesday on suspicion that he was at the lead of a hacking gang that took down as many as 4 million sites around the world on client's orders. The hackers attacked banks, state institutions, police and online gaming sites around the globe, but not one of them was from Serbia, Informer writes.

In addition to Jovan M., Vukasin D. (21) from Ruma was also detained in international police action, but he was not ranked high in that hacker "family". Until a month ago, Jovan M. was a student of the fourth grade of the Technical School "May 15th" in Prokuplje, but due to a large number of absences, more than 300 classes skipped, he went to part-time school. Jovan, strangely enough, had a D grade from Computer programing and Computer Networks.

His schoolmates said that he was crazy about computers but also that they were shocked that he was arrested for hacking. 

"TWEAKING" ON THE INTERNET 

- It is true, he loved to "tweak" on the internet, he logged in to the websites of some political parties and later on he would send them notifications to pay attention, that their website is weak, unprotected, he gave them advice and similar. I think that prosecution banned him from using computer two years ago, or something like that, when some companies reported him - one of his school friends said.

They didn't want to comment in the school about his arrest.

"BRAINS" FOR COMPUTERS

- Jovan has the "brains" for technology, especially computers, but that was all a game and fun for him. He could be on the internet the entire day, to search for some tricks. He wasn't hiding that he was obsessed with computers, but who would have said that he was leading an international gang - Jovan's friend from Prokuplje is wondering.

Jovan was already known in the city as Snowden from Prokuplje, after Edward Snowden, the American Computer expert and the former CIA and National Security agent.

Snowden revealed 1.7 million classified documents that reveal the details of American global spying of their services all around the world. It is interesting that Snowden, just like Jovan M., also had bad grades in school.
