Today, on the occasion of the Day of the Serbian Military, the promotion of a multimedia guide for permanent museum exhibit will be organized at the Military Museum, which is intended for users of mobile phones and tablets.

Multimedia content will be free to download on mobile devices with Android and IOS operating systems, the ministry said.
In addition to the promotion, a free tour of the permanent museum exhibition and exhibition "Serbian-Turkish Wars 1876-1878 and the acquisition of the independence of the Principality of Serbia" is taking place at the Military Museum Gallery.
MILITARY ARMS AND EQUIPMENT DISPLAYED FOR THE DAY OF THE MILITARY
The displays of arms and military equipment were placed on the streets and on squares of Jagodina, Kikinda, Ivanjica, and Surduluca, and they were a real attraction, presented by the Military of Serbia for the locals.
The displayed weapons and equipment drew a lot of attention, and the members of the military were in the mood to talk with the interested visitors, who gladly asked questions about various segments of the military profession.
There were personal and collective weapons of the infantry, means of telecommunication, optoelectronic devices, self-propelled multi-barrel missile launcher "Oganj", the anti-aircraft system "Bofors", the anti-aircraft system "Strela 1M", "HUMMER" terrain vehicle, and the protective equipment of the military police members.
The display in Jagodina was attended by the president of the city parliament Dragan Markovic Palma.
- I am glad that the display of the military arms is in Central Serbia and that the military wants to show the citizens in Serbia what we have. Serbia is a militarily neutral country and we should keep that status in the coming time period - Palma said.
HONORABLE FIRE FROM KALEMEGDAN IN HONOR OF THE DAY OF THE MILITARY
The honorable artillery fire sounded from the Sava terrace on Kalemegdan yesterday at 17:00h.
After the intonation of the national anthem and raising the flag of Serbia, before the numerous citizens, the Order of the President of the Republic, Aleksandar Vucic, was read and then 10 volleys were shot from the six artillery cannons of the Guard of Serbian Military.
Honorable artillery fire was attended by Defense Minister Aleksandar Vulin and Chief of General Staff of the Army of Serbia General Ljubisa Dikovic.
Then, at 18 o'clock, with the sounds of an infantry march and under the command of Lieutenant Predrag Krusevac, the Guards performed the exercise on the Republic Square.
