NEW ROUND: The fight continues to prevent Kosovo's membership in Interpol
The General Assembly of Interpol will consider Kosovo's application for admission to that international organization in November. Interpol Secretary General Jurgen Stock briefed the Kosovo officials today about this.
Stock wrote to Minister of the Interior of Kosovo, Flamur Sefaj, that the Interpol Executive Committee discussed at the meeting in Lion from March 6 to March 8 on Kosovo's application for membership.
- The request of the Republic of Kosovo is included in the draft agenda of the 87th session of the General Assembly of the Interpol to be held from 18 to 21 November in the United Arab Emirates - Stock stated.
