Miki is offering a starting wage of 500 euros for the job on his farm with accommodation and food but no one answers: "They all want to be gentlemen, no one wants to work" (PHOTO)

"I don't have a job" and "I am broke" - the most common statements we hear for years. And it's not exclusive to young anymore. People of different ages have problems with finding a job. Not because there isn't any, but because they are picky. If we told you that there is a job where you can make 500 euros a month (a starting wage), and no one applied for two months, what would you say? What's the problem?

Awesome kid Miki (18) has a tractor since he was 2 years old, he is proud of it and he loves it as a best friend: Their photos are amazing (PHOTO)

A family of Mihael Calaga (18) has a large farm. An enormous farm, to be precise. In Krusevo near Sarajevo. We already wrote about this young man when it was clear that he was everything but a regular 18-year-old.

Mihaiel is already the lead on his estate and he works from morning till night. He loves his tractor, cattle, the entire estate. You won't find anyone more hardworking than him. He is struggling in the past two months to find a worker.

And not just any, for any position, but the one our grandparents would fight about. Actually, there would be no need because everybody did that 50 years ago. They were all shepherds.

Today, in 2018, no one has contacted Mihael about the job ad for two months.

- Everybody pays 200 euros for that job, I am offering 500 euros at the start and no one wants it. It's hard to find a shepherd, no one wants to do that, they are all like gentlemen. No one even called me in two months to ask about the conditions - he said honestly.

And a good wake is not everything that is offered. There are food and accommodation.

- I have 35 sheep. The worker is obliged to be there all the time, his food and accommodation are provided, and he has to feed them, to watch them if they are lambing. As soon as the lamb is born, he has to move them to the barn so they don't freeze up - Mihael explains.

All of this is explained by a lad who is still going to high school and it is no problem for him to take care of the vast property.

He had problems finding workers. It looks like that no one is prepared to roll up his sleeves and to do something in the era of "working from home". Some find it better for their parents to support them, instead of making some money themselves. Remember this ad when you complain that there is no job.

Maybe someone will decide to call Mihael now. The ad is there, it's still open.
