The first patients from Bosnia and Herzegovina, who have been determined to be dependent on the Internet and video games, asked for professional help at the Psychiatric Clinic in Tuzla, Fena stated.

Specialist Neuropsychiatrist Mevludin Hasanovic said that they had several severe cases, people who were hospitalized because they reached the level of psychotic.

- One of them was indoors for an entire year, just on the internet, so he reached the conclusion that he can't trust anyone and he deleted all of his friends from Facebook, but he remained on the internet so monitor what the other people are doing, as some kind of voyeurism - Hasanovic said.

It is said that the limit for excessive use of the internet is five to six hours a day with adults and the limit with adolescents is two to three hours.

Research conducted in Tuzla has shown that video game addicts are mostly boys who spend three to four hours a day on the Internet, while girls spend half of that time on social networks.
