Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic received the delegation of the International Democratic Union today, led by Secretary General Christian Kattner and presented to them the political and economic priorities of Serbia.
The International Democratic Union is an organization that gathers more than eighty right-wing parties from around the world and is very influential in world politics.
Presenting Serbia's political and economic priorities, President Vucic emphasized that those are peace and stability in the region, the economic progress of the country, as well as membership in the European Union.
President Vucic emphasized that great opportunities are opening for Serbia's progress on the European path this during this year with the help of Bulgarian and Austrian EU presidencies, and Serbia will continue with the social and economic reforms that enable this progress.
The interlocutors also discussed the relations in the Western Balkans.
The delegation of the International Democratic Union expressed support for the regional policy of peace and stability, led by President Vucic and Serbia, announced the press service of the president of the state.
