In this regard, the Republic Hydrometeorological Institute has issued a warning on the storm wind that will be active until tomorrow at 1 pm.
- Strong storm wind and south-east wind in the morning and during the day on the mountains, south Banat and lower Danube region - the statement from the Institute.
We can expect 20 to 30 ml of rain in most of the south and southwest of Serbia, and at the far southwest and south over 40.
That is why the orange and yellow meteoalarm are active in most of the Serbia. Belgrade is yellow due to strong winds, while it is orange in the southwest of Serbia and on Kosovo and Metohija due to the rain that will fall.
This means that dangerous weather events are predicted, and such intensity is likely to cause material damage and to be dangerous to humans and animals. One needs to be very careful.
Auto-Moto Association of Serbia has advised drivers to drive slowly and to slow down along the gorges, but also near bridges and by rivers, because the wind is always stronger there, while the rain is possible in Timocka and Negotin Krajina, which will freeze on the ground.
