Interpol has issued a red arrest warrant for Ivica Todoric!

After the European arrest warrant, which is valid only in the countries of the European Union, Interpol today issued a red international warrant for the owner of Agrokor, Ivica Todoric, the first indictee in the affair regarding the company.

The red international arrest warrant means that Todoric should be arrested in all Interpol member countries, 186 of them, and Croatia should be informed about that right away so they could file for extradition, reports Croatian media.

In other words, Todoric is only one of 15 defendants for crimes in the field of economic crime to who the Court ordered detention in absentia.

The owner of Agrokor, however, claims that he will be available to the judicial authorities, he is preparing his defense these days.

Namely, he accuses the Government of Andrej Plenkovic of proposing the adoption of a special law called Lex Agrokor with the aim of nationalizing his property.
