A series of explosions echoed in Banja Luka today near Rebrovac bridge. Two people were injured, according to the Nezavisne newspapers.

Three explosions could be heard at first, and the fourth a few minutes after. A gas installation in a car caught fire a few minutes later and it exploded as well.

Police blocked all entrances to the Rebrovac Bridge and the building on the right riverbank of the Vrbas river, where the car exploded.
The access to the scene is restricted to the pedestrians as well, and according to the information that is coming, police were noticed towards Vrbanj as well.
Police, firefighters, and an ambulance are on the scene. Minister of Internal affairs Dragan Lukac and the head of the Police of Republika Srpska Darko Culum are on the scene.

The still unconfirmed information is that the explosive device was placed under the car of the professor of physical education Spaso Sakota, who was accused before by the students for pedophilia.
