Plenkovic defended Croatia's withdrawal from the arbitration process before the UN General Assembly, and STA news agency announced the cancellation of the visit, Vecernji List reported.
Two days ago, we agreed that we will meet in Zagreb where we will discuss the problem of the border, which, of course, also means the execution or implementation of an arbitration decision, said Cerar, adding that Plenkovic gave up from their agreement in front of the UN and the entire world.
Slovenian prime minister considers that Zagreb's position is entirely unacceptable.
- Hence, my visit next week doesn't make sense - said Cerar.
He added that Slovenia will continue its preparations for implementation and that it will "do everything necessary" to enable Slovenia to execute the decision.
- If Croatia doesn't want to cooperate, problems will appear. No one wants that - he said, reports RTV Slo.
