He robbed the deceased granny and took jewelry to the jewelry shop to sell it: The worker asked him a question and he immediately started running!
A thief from Ohrid, whose identity is still not determined, really wasn't "lucky". He took off the earrings and the ring from the lady from the village Kosel, who died at the internal department of the General Hospital in Ohrid.
The unknown thief wanted to get rid of his "spoils" as soon as possible so he took the stolen jewelry to the shop in Ohrid on 5th September, wanting to sell it. He showed his ID which said that he is from Ohrid and asked the worker if she wanted to buy the jewelry.
By pure luck, the granddaughter of the granny was working in the jewelry shop and she immediately recognized the earrings and the ring of her late granny.
When she asked the unknown man where he got it, he panicked, he left the jewelry on the counter and ran away. The worker immediately rushed to the police station to report the thief.
The deceased grandmother's family suspected the theft was carried out by a nurse employed at the Internal Department of the General Hospital in Ohrid, but he responded to those charges that the woman was admitted to the hospital without jewelry.
