Vucic said to the Croatian boy: Cheer for Red Star or Partizan, not for small clubs like Rijeka, Hajduk and Dinamo (VIDEO)
Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic hosted children from Rijeka, Kostajnica and Zadar region in his residence in Belgrade, and during the talks with them, there was a nice dialogue about football clubs from Serbia and Croatia.
Red Star fans broke the record: 1226 units of blood in two days!
Vucic told one of the boys that they should be cheering for a bigger club, such as the Red Star or Partizan, and not Rijeka, Hajduk Split or Dinamo Zagreb.
Vucic asked the children about their impressions on Belgrade, the sights they visited and what they liked most in the capital of Serbia, and during the conversation with the boy from Rijeka, Tino, they changed the topic to the football clubs.
- What is your favorite club, Tino? - asked Vucic, and the boy responded that he cheered for Rijeka.
- For Rijeka? Tino, you have to find a bigger and better club to cheer for. Red Star or Partizan, to be a bit bigger club than Rijeka. A bit bigger than Rijeka, Dinamo, Hajduk... So, Red Star or Partizan - said Vucic to the Croatian boy.
Watch how it all looked like:
There is no doubt that this statement of Serbian president will hurt many fans of Croatian clubs.
