Budva police arrested Serbian citizen V.D. who was suspect of hitting a pedalo with a scooter around 20:00 h in the Jaz beach.
A Bulgarian tourist was on a pedal boat with his friends, and he showed signs of life after the accident.
He died on his way to Kotor General Hospital. Serbian citizen will be detained up to 72 hours by the order of the Kotor primary prosecutor.
