Police reported that two police officials, who were off duty, noticed a man filming a nude child on Monday around 14:30 on the beach in Valbandon near Pula.

The man was arrested and his vehicle and the apartment he was staying in were searched, police officers found and temporarily seized a laptop, tablet, mobile phone, and USB. During the search of the apartments, a bag containing 1.5 grams of marijuana was found, and the 36-year-old was found guilty of committing a crime to the violation of the Law on the Suppression of Drug Abuse.

The suspect was detained in the PU Istra in the evening hours on Tuesday upon the conclusion of the investigation, reported the police.
