Street gymnastics or "street workout" is one of the most popular types of training in the world.

It is a relatively new way of exercising that combines elements of gymnastics with classical exercises, and with the combination of these two exercises a "freestyle" is created, which becomes attractive and much more fun than classical gymnastics.

Young people say that they are adrenaline addicts, and their bodies do impossible things.

No money is required for this type of sport (which is often a common obstacle for young people), no gym, no time is needed.

All they need is good will, little ambition and perseverance.
