Bajram Velioski (55) from the village Plasnica near Kicevo, West Macedonia, who was sentenced to eight years in prison because he raped his underage 16 year old daughter and she got pregnant. After he served his time he returned and raped her again, now 24 year old daughter.

The monstrous act occurred in the part of the village mosque where his family lives, in November last year. Since then, Velioski has been in custody, waiting for a new trial for the rape.

Monster from Kicevo village Plasnica raped his daughter for the first time in 2008 when he made her a child. The pregnancy was then noticed by a 16-year-old girl in the school where she was studying, after which the minor was placed in a home for infants in Bitola.

After a criminal charge of rape, her father, Bajram Velioski, ended up in a closed area and under intense control of the mental hospital in Demir Hisar. When the evidence showed that he committed this abominable act, he was sentenced to eight years of imprisonment, which he spent in Idrizovo prison in Skopje.

While he was in prison, his disabled wife took care about two daughters and a son. The girl, who was raped by her father, continued to go to school, and social services were constantly working with her.

When he left the Skopje prison in October last year, Velioski returned to the scene of the crime in the village of Plasnica, where he raped his daughter nine years ago, after which she became pregnant. There, in the part of the mosque in which he lived with his wife and children, according to the police criminal record, he repeated his crime several times. His daughter couldn't tell anyone about that because of fear, until her mother noticed that something strange is happening to her child again. The Center for Social Work in Kicevo was informed about this, and they informed police, and the police again handcuffed him. Criminal charges were filed against the violent father Bajram Velioski at the end of January this year for rape and he has been in custody since then.

At Idrizovo Prison, they told MKD portal that Bajram Velioski had left the prison in November last year, a few months before his sentence expired.

- The prison service is responsible for the convicted person only while serving the sentence. We do not have the right to keep prisoners in prison after the expiry of the sentence. We have no right to decide where will he leave when he gets out. There is a service that takes care of that. There was no other verdict for Bajram Velioski, nor a document from the court for compulsory treatment in a psychiatric institution to which he would be sent after leaving the prison, Zivko Pejkovski, director of Prison Idrizovo, told MKD.

And in the Center for Social Work in Kicevo, who are familiar with the case, and who knew when the monster would leave the prison, said that they were not responsible either, nor could they prevent Velioski from returning to his family. They add, however, that their experts are still working with a raped girl who has repeatedly suffered traumas from her father.

From the First Children's Embassy in Macedonia, Medjasi are demanding that Bajram Velioski is sentenced to life imprisonment. At the same time, they demand the obligatory chemical castration of all pedophiles, because, they say, if the law was voted out to such extent, this would certainly not have happened for the second time, now for the adult girl.
