Man from Belgrade, and from recently the owner of the diploma from a state college, decided to celebrate his newly acquired academic title. He organized a party in his apartment, and he informed the neighbors in a funny way.

- Dear neighbors, your neighbor from second floor graduated today and half a Belgrade will come (i am joking) to me to celebrate the diploma from a state college (just to be clear).

- Well now, after some time, you may find it boring, we may be loud. In that case don't call the idiots from the "communal...", but drop by, have a beer and i guarantee some sort of answer - wrote this graduated student in his message posted at the entrance of the building.

He added that he thanks up front, and promises only good music and calls the neighbors to beer.

- Cheers! - concluded graduated student.
