The incident in the Croatian skies: Cable broke that held the cargo on a warplane, the load fell on the roof of the house!

During military exercises in Liznjan in Istria, the accident occurred when the cable, which is attached to the military plane crashed on a house.

There were no injuries in the incident, and there was minor damage.

Pilot of the plane of Croatian air force followed procedures above the Pula airport and headed to Marler polygon avoiding.

- At the turn above the sea and directly in front of the town of Pula, around 10:35 am, there was a break of supporting cables and the target, due to the effect of southern wind, fell in the city of Pula in the private house - said the Information Office of the Ministry of Defense.

Mayor of Pula Ravnic Marko, who visited the crash site, confirmed that the target was dropped onto the roof of the family home and that the owner of the house at that time was in the yard.

The weight of the target is five kilos, and during freefall stabilizing mint strips have the function of a parachute and have thus slowed its fall to the ground.

Military and civilian police went out to the scene to determine the "causes of this incident" written in the official statement, reported by Croatian media.
