Vucic's brutal domination: Turnabout is no longer possible, Serbia gets a new president!
The candidate of ruling coalition Aleksandar Vucic is the winner of the presidential election in the first round of elections, CeSID said tonight at the final conference.
Counting is coming to an end, after 78 percent of votes counted, Vucic closer to victory
Based on 79 percent of the treated sample, Vucic has 55.9 percent of the votes, Sasa Jankovic 15.5 percent, 9.4 percent Luka Maksimovic, Vuk Jeremic 5.8 percent.
The CeSID said that the changes, if any, will be small of one to two percent, but that won't significantly change the results.
CeSID has announced that they will no longer address at press conferences tonight.
As announced by the Republic Electoral Commission, at 10.14 percent of the treated sample, for Aleksandar Vucic voted 59.79 percent, 13.18 percent Sasa Jankovic, and Luka Maksimovic 8.35 percent. These results are in turnout of 51.48 percent.
According to the agency IPSOS, based on 82.8 percent of polling stations processed, Aleksandar Vucic won the presidential election with 55 percent of the votes.
