Radomir's drama shakes Balkans: They wanted to evict him from his house, he threatened to ignite the gas bottle!
Eviction of family Kuzmic from the Banja Luka suburb Cesma was again postponed because Radomir Kuzmic threatened to ignite the gas bottle.
Kuzmic said the eviction was postponed until further notice, and he conscientiously claims that he was ready to ignite gas cylinders and to blow himself up together with the house.
- I was informed that the petitioner of execution at the last moment dropped the proposal to enter into a contract, but thank God everything ended with a happy ending - said Radomir.
As reported by a journalist of "Nezavisne" from the scene, a large number of locals gathered, also reporters and photographers and cameramen, the police do not allow access to the house.
Kuzmic in 1992 changed his assets in Slavonski Kobas, municipality of Slavonski Brod, for the property of Dragomir Budisa from the Banja Luka suburb Cesma, But the family Budisa requested the annulment of the contract in 2003 on the property rotation, which the Basic Court in Banja Luka accepted.
Kuzmic protested before the Basic Court in Banja Luka and in 2009 entered a twenty days on a hunger strike in front of the National Assembly of the Republika Srpskat because of the decision of the District Court of Banja Luka to confirm the sentence of the Basic Court annulling the contract on the replacement property.
In an attempt to evict Radomir Kuzmic in August last year, he threatened to ignite the gas bottle in the house, but he gave up on that intention, then the eviction was postponed.
