Nikolic: I think we agreed on almost everything, Vucic will make announcement tonight

Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic said that the citizens will find out who is the candidate in front of Serbian Progressive Party by Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic, for the president of Serbia, tonight or tomorrow. He said of course that Aleksandar Vucic can win, it is even easier than him, but that he could also win.

- I think we agreed on everything. You will maybe hear that from Aleksandar tonight. Not today, but i did not want to avoid you - said Nikolic to the press in University library in Belgrade, when asked if he will run for president.

He said of course that Aleksandar Vucic can win, it is even easier than him, but that he could also win.

- I don't see anything wrong with someone thinking about that (that Vucic is a better candidate), but not declaring something like that if that is not the opinion of their party - said Nikolic.

On the question about the support from Serbian Progressive party, Nikolic said there is the same procent of members that behind him and Vucic, and whoever turns out to be the candidate will get the votes from the entire party.

The research of Galup media were clear - Aleksandar and i have a chance for victory. We will decide what is the best for Serbia. Don't expect to disturb the relations in Serbia with some decision on our own - said Nikolic.

When asked if there is any possibility of cooperating with Vucic if he becomes the candidate, Nikolic shortly said: There isn't.
