Serbs have no trust in NATO, while Albanians put all of their hopes with them!
Given that Montenegro wants to join NATO, it is surprising that they were on the penultimate place in the standings
Eastern European countries conducted a survey on whether NATO is a threat to their country, whether they see it as a protection or neither. From a total of 17 countries surveyed, Serbia is on the last place to believe in North Atlantic Alliance.
STATISTICS THAT HURTS: How smaller Serbia really is now and why are there only more Albanians?
Unlike Serbia, which found itself in last place after on the list, its southern province Kosovo is leading in the research.
For 90% of the population of Kosovo, NATO represents protection. Only 3% believe that this alliance is a threat.
Albania is on the second place. As much as 70% of Albanians believe that NATO is protecting their land.
Given that Montenegro wants to join NATO, it is surprising that they were on the penultimate place in the standings. 35% of population considers that NATO poses no threat, nor they will help Montenegro.
Similar situation is with Croatia, 50% of the population think that NATO works for the interest of their country.
