Americans suggest us to give up the south of Serbia for the north of Kosovo

USA Republican congressman Dana Rohrabacher, chairman of the Committee on foreign policy in Europe, sent a letter to the President of Serbia, Tomislav Nikolic, in which he proposes the exchange of territory in the south of Serbia for the northern Kosovo and Metohija as a solution to calm the tensions in this part of the Balkans.

- Instead of negative examples such as sending a train with provocative symbols on Kosovo, it may be better in the interest of both sides to discuss the exchange of territories that would result in a large number of Serbs in Serbia and a number of Kosovars in Kosovo - said Rohrabacher, reports "Blic" edition of Sunday.

Rohrabacher said that "this option is possible, and that it "shouldn't be ignored" in his letter to Tomislav Nikolic.
