Today around 14 h a powerful earthquake struck Croatia, a large number of readers of Index reported that they were quite scared.

As announced EMSC, earthquake was a magnitude of 4.8 degrees on the Richter scale. According to EMSC data, the earthquake occurred 8 km west of Split, in the sea near Slatina on the island Ciovo, while the epicenter of the earthquake was at a depth of 2km.
Readers are reporting that the earthquake was felt in Split, Trogir, Solin and in Brac, but also on Gruda in Herzegovina, reports index.hr.

The felt was felt in Solun in Konzum center, and in the pharmacy Pablo medicines were hitting the floor.
