The final financial situation in connection with the construction of the Temple of Saint Sava was concluded on yesterday's 14th regular Meeting of the Assembly to raise the temple which was held at the Business Club "Businessman".

- We invite all who wish to participate in the completion of construction of the temple to join the company or through direct donations - said the President of Assembly to raise the Temple of Saint Sava, Miodrag Kostic.

Patriarch Irinej said that Russia financed mosaic painting of the main dome of the temple, and he expects for the already prepared mosaic to be placed at the beginning of spring.

As he said, after the dome, the altar apse will be made.

- We are hoping that everything will be done by 2019, so we will consecrate the temple on the occasion of the great anniversary of our church (8800 years since the establishment of Serbian Archbishopric) - said the Patriarch.
