He complained against the company, the answer came to him after 16 years: You miss one more paper!

Kemo Tufekcija immediately after the war submitted an appeal to the competent Ministry of Health, Labour and Social Protection because his base company, where he worked before the war (GP Rad), did not reinstall him to work, even though it continued to work normally, and after 16 years, his appeal has been rejected on the grounds that the documentation is incomplete.

There are absurdities in the functioning of the civil service at all levels in Bosnia and Herzegovina and they happen almost every day, and the latest example is from Mostar, where the Ministry of Health, Labour and Social Protection of the Herzegovina - Neretva Canton, replied the man from Konjicane that his complaint is incomplete.

Tufekcija said that according to the valid laws at the time he submitted all the documentation and he was promised that his case will be solved. 

He emphasized that in the meantime he had to get around and had to take other jobs, after what he got the minimum  retirement.

Although he has already forgotten about the appeal submitted on 6. December 2000, he received the answer six days ago, stating that his complaint is incomplete and it misses some documents.

Tufekcija said that the time probably came in the ministry to put some files in  the archive and that is why they decided to "get over" with his case and find a way to answer, and they chose to answer with incomplete documentation.
