It is suspected that Teodora was shot because she was in a love affair with Nenad Stevic, who is thought to be from the criminal environment, so the attack on Teodora was actually the warning for him. The two of them, on that night, on 19th November, drove with Stevic's jeep "Range rover" with Belgrade licence plates, somewhat before 18 PM. Nenad Stevic drove the car, and attack happened when he left the vehicle and entered the building where they lived together. Teodora switched to the drivers place, and she was shot with five hits in the neck, stomach and the leg.
