Due to heavy rainfall during the night, in the area of Toplica region almost all streams flooded, but for now only rural roads are flooded.

If the rain continues, water can endanger the households. However, for now, the river Toplica is in its riverbed.
It was confirmed in the Sector for Emergency Situations in Prokuplje, the floods were noted in the surrounding villages Prokupacka, Lukovska Banja near Kursumlija and in several villages in the municipality Zitoradja.
Firefighters respond to all calls and go out on the field right away, and now the teams are in Zitoradja and Lukovska Banja.
The only thing possible is to draw water, but due to the flooded fields and roads, there are no major interventions so far.
