BELGRADE/SUZDAL (Russia) - Serbia has not, and will not, join anyone's sanctions against Russia, but it is suffering the consequences of the measure, says Serbian Deputy PM and FM Ivica Dacic.

"Paradoxically, daughter companies from Russia that are registered and operating in Serbia are under sanctions, while daughter companies of Russian companies registered in the EU are not," said Dacic, who on Thursday attended a session of the Serbian-Russian intergovernmental committee on trade, economic and scientific and technical cooperation in Suzdal, Russia.

Due to all those problems, problems caused by oil prices in the global market, as well as problems related to the euro and the dollar exchange rates, the volume of our trade with Russia is down by 25 pct compared to 2014, a statement from the Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs quoted Dacic as saying.
